Returns

You can request to return your item within fourteen days of delivery and return it within sixteen days after your request. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new, sellable condition and with all the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please email chat@bodybud.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify bodybud of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Warranty

Flowtime offer a 1 year warranty on this product. This warranty is void if the device has been subjected to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster or non-factory authorised modification or repair. This warranty is also void if the product has been operated or maintained in deviation to the published instructions.The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.

I got mine a few days ago and have been experimenting and trying to build a baseline and understand what type of feelings manipulate the brain waves. I've found controlling the graph on the left side of my brain easier than the right. I can make the lines higher or smaller by changing my focus. Anyway, I'm on a new spiritual pathwalk and love my new toy.

Incredible resource for tuning you meditation! I've retired the Muse in favor of Flowtime. This is the perfect resource for monitoring your meditations, with real-time and historical charts for a number of brainwaves, relaxation vs. attention, left vs right brain activity, heart rate, and breath. The app is very easy to use and provides click-through help and references for all the measures. I haven't tried any guided meditations, so I can't comment there, but for manual recording of freeform meditation, this is simply the best without buying expensive software and a sensor helmet. They really couldn't have done a better job with this, and since it builds a library of my activity, I can even reference all the metrics-over-time charts for my past sessions. Well worth the money!

Great technology, I use it for studying and other things that are my forms of meditation. I love the product, the sleek design, it's comfortable and the graphics, information on the app and usage is quite accessible.

Solid device, good battery life and accurate sensors. I used this device to measure brain activity while meditating, creating and doing light work. It accurately reported brain state in each case. Price is excellent - the flow device is well made and very small. I often forget I am wearing it. The software is good, I would prefer more options as it matures. Most of the sessions are focused on stress and resolving negative emotions.... I would like to see some made that explore creativity, positive affirmation and bliss training. Overall a great purchase - I am very satisfied,
